  • City launches Water Meter Upgrade Program

    It’s time to ride the wave of new water meter technology!

    The City of Lethbridge has launched the three-year Water Meter Upgrade Program to replace outdated meters in approximately 10,000 households. The new meters are designed to enhance efficiency in several ways.

    The annual Runner’s Soul Moonlight Run event is set to take place on Saturday, March 23. Beginning on Saturday morning, roads along the course will be closed to traffic and will reopen as the event progresses.

  • Tree pruning along 6 Avenue South

    Pruning of city trees will begin along 6 Avenue South on Monday, January 29. Work will begin on the north side of the avenue at 21 Street South and move west to 11 Street South. Crews will then cross to the south side of the avenue and prune from 5 Street South to 21 Street South.
