Stantec, on behalf of Southgate Commercial Lands Corp, BW2 West, 2014836 Alberta Ltd and Dudley-Olafson Lands, has applied to amend the existing Outline Plan for Country Meadows.The original Country Meadows Outline Plan was approved by the Municipal Planning Commission February 28, 2012 and amended March 16, 2019. The Country Meadows Outline Plan amendment was prepared in accordance with the policies and objectives described in the Country Meadows Area Structure Plan. This amendment is consistent with the policies of the South Saskatchewan Regional Plan and the City of Lethbridge Municipal Development Plan. This Outline Plan amendment provides guidance on how land is used, serviced and accessed to be more efficient and meet current market demands.
