Appearing before Council and Committees

City Council meetings are held in Council Chambers at City Hall and are available to the public through live video streaming, with archived recordings posted within 24–48 hours. Meeting minutes remain in draft form until formally approved by City Council at a subsequent meeting. To view minutes not posted online or to register for virtual participation in a Public Hearing, please email cityclerk@lethbridge.ca. Those wishing to participate virtually must provide their name and email address and ensure they have suitable technology and connectivity. A meeting link will be sent no earlier than 24 hours before the Hearing, and participants will be admitted from the electronic lobby once the session begins.
