Animal Welfare Committee

The Animal Welfare Committee advises Council on projects to improve the welfare of animals in the City of Lethbridge. This includes the management and mitigation of Feral Cat Colonies within the city limits and the spay/neuter program of the No-Kill Animal Association (NOKA).

The Animal Welfare Committee meets on the third Thursday of the month in person with an option for participants to attend virtually on Microsoft Teams. If you would like more information about a past or upcoming meeting, contact committee@lethbridge.ca or 311.

The committee may invite external experts to present information on a specific topic.
