The City of Lethbridge’s Community Issues Committee (CIC) helps City Council fulfill its responsibilities relating to the Economic, Finance, Assets, Infrastructure, Governance, Auditing, Safety and Social complexities of the municipality. Examples of key topics relating to these responsibilities are:

• Parks and Transit
• Risk Identification and Exposure
• Culture, Community and Public Safety
• Tax and Revenue
• Inter-Governmental Relations and Advocacy

Meetings

The Community Issues Committee meets every other Tuesday on alternating weeks from City Council meetings, in accordance with the Council Calendar. To find an upcoming meeting view the Council and Community Issues Committee Meeting Calendar.

Meetings are conducted in-person and virtually through Microsoft Teams.
