1. Adopt your favourite park, playground, shrub bed, green strip or cemetery. The impact of your work is profound and there is no minimum time commitment.
Some common tasks are:
2. One-time litter cleanup. Choose your park and grab some friends or co-workers. These cleanups are a great team building activity for organizations or groups.
3. Neighbourhood cleanup. Get involved and take an active role in improving your neighbhourhood by organizing a community cleanup.

Doggy Doo Doo Crew - Dog Parks Cleanup
May is Dog Waste Awareness Month!
Join us in cleaning up our five dog parks. Volunteers will pick up dog doo doo and replace it with a flag. The flags create a great visual of the amount of dog waste not picked up and will be removed after a week.
Join us every Thursday in May from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.

Environment Blitz - Nicholas Sheran Community Cleanup
Join us at Nicholas Sheran Park July 10th 3 P.M. to 7 P.M.
We will be set up on the east side of the park, near the Nicholas Sheran Elementary School

Cottonwood Planting in Indian Battle Park. Friday, June 13, 1:30 - 3:30 P.M. and Monday, June 16, 1 - 9 p.m. Meet at the Little Fort playground (near horseshoe pits)
Rotary Brook Park- 379 Laval Blvd W. Thursday, July 10, 5 P.M. - 7 P.M. Meet at Gyro Spray Park
Bring the whole family! No registration required. Please wear closed-toed shoes and be prepared for light to moderate outdoor activity. Trees, shovels, and gloves will be provided.
Henderson Park Community Cleanup

Tracking the work and hours of our volunteers is important. Please register your park adoption or cleanup by clicking on the "Sign Up" tab below. We will provide you with all the supplies, bags, gloves and pickers. We can arrange for garbage bag pickup afterwards. We can also help spread the word about your group or neighbourhood cleanup by including it in the next Volunteer Newsletter.

We want to know the impact you made! Please share details of your cleanup and hours by completing the online cleanup report on June 1 and December 1, or after every cleanup.
