Sugar Bowl (Ravine Park)
The Sugar Bowl, formally known as Ravine Park, is known as the premier sledding spot in Lethbridge both in winter and in summer using plastic sheets and water for an exhilarating slip and slide experience.
This park is also the home of a great new fitness oriented playground featuring an obstacle course style loop aimed for children aged 5 - 12 years, as well as a more advanced fitness circuit for adults or older kids looking for a challenge. Fruit trees and berry shrubs were planted near the playground to add fun, healthy touch to the park.
Ravine park provides a unique stop in the regional trail system which connects to the river valley and coulees westvia the tunnel under Scenic Drive, and to Henderson Park by following the Lakeview green strip north east.
