Kiwanis Park is a great neighbourhood park surrounded with beautiful mature elm trees, a colorful playground and fitness equipment. The GreenAcres playground contains opportunities for climbing, sliding and swings of course! The playground is nestled in a shaded area with benches and four picnic tables for seating nearby, making it a perfect spot for those hot summer days.
Eight pieces of fitness equipment were installed in the west side of the park near the playground, providing a great, full body exercise option for anyone wanting to add to their outdoor workout regimen.
There are horseshoe pits for those interested, and a small open space with lots of shade available to provide a perfect spot for relaxing with a good book or catching some summer rays.
