Blackwolf Park

An extension to the south of Wolfrun Park, Blackwolf park provides a great greenspace and pathway connections in the Uplands and Blackwolf neighbourhoods of Lethbridge's north side. Pathways connect from the Chinook Lake area, Lynx Road, Wolfridge and Wolfun parks and head towards Legacy Park and the regional trail system that runs through Legacy Park and along Scenic Drive and 13th Street North.

Blackwolf Park is home to the City of Lethbridge's first official cricket pitch. As cricket is rising in popularity in the city and the park is bustling with games in the summer months, the city is pleased to provide this regulation sized field for the exciting sport.

Please remember that scheduled play on all sports fields must be booked through Recreation and Culture.

The park also boasts three mini soccer fields atop the underground reservoir in the southern field, and a baseball diamond and backstop on the east side of the park. The great open space would also be ideal for ultimate frisbee or a friendly game of football.
